Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities for CloudHire in the B2C segment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume sales, particularly in the Indian market. We are especially interested in candidates who have successfully sold products or service packages ranging from 9,000 to 19,999 INR in sales-driven organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 110 outbound calls per week.Achieve a minimum 25% close rate on qualified leads.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value of CloudHire's offerings.Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving results.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in a sales-driven role.Experience in B2C sales is mandatory.Prior experience in SaaS sales is preferred.Experience selling products or services in the 9,000 19,999 price range.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs.Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
