Opening For Customer Support Voice Role - International Voice (Tamil Nadu)

Roles and Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns. - Handle inbound/outbound calls with a focus on resolving issues promptly and efficiently. - Utilize excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile - 1- 3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling International Voice process (preferably). - Solid English language proficiency for effective communication with international clients. - Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts (24x7) as per business requirements. - Excellent problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours. .
