JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
o Formulation and implementation of recruitment/sourcing strategies.
o Extensive Head Hunting and Cold Calling Activity.
o Telephonic screening of the profiles for technical fitment, behavioral fitment, stability etc.
o Conducting preliminary interviews as specified by client.
o Scheduling the interviews of the candidates in close co-ordination with the client.
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
