Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Internal Calling & Sales Coordination Executive to support
the sales and marketing team through calling, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and
internal updates. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with internal teams,
tracking lead progress, and supporting campaign follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make internal follow-up calls with sales, marketing, and business development teams.
Coordinate with BDMs for lead status, meeting updates, and opportunity progress.
Follow up on pending actions and update the concerned team.
Support marketing campaign follow-ups through calling and coordination.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
Track customer responses and share updates with the sales team.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely communication between sales, marketing, and management teams.
Support CRM updates whenever required.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable with calling and coordination.
Valuable follow-up and tracking ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to speak confidently with internal teams.
Organized, disciplined, and target-oriented approach.
Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, sales coordination, or customer support.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiner preferred.
Candidate should be from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / nearby location.
Should be comfortable working from office
Mandatory to have own laptop
North Indian candidates are preferred .
