Role Overview We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic partnerships with NBFCs and FinTech companies in the lending ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in partner management, business development, and stakeholder management, preferably within the unsecured lending (Personal Loans) domain. Key Responsibilities Manage and strengthen relationships with existing NBFC and FinTech partners. Drive business growth through strategic account management and partner engagement. Identify opportunities to expand lending partnerships and improve business performance. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and partner support. Monitor partner performance, resolve operational issues, and drive business targets. Prepare business reviews, MIS reports, and performance insights for stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile 5 to 8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Partner Management, or Business Development. Experience working with NBFCs or FinTech companies in the lending domain is mandatory. Preference for candidates with exposure to unsecured lending, especially Personal Loans. Robust relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple partner accounts. Preferred Background FinTech, NBFC, Digital Lending, Banking, or Financial Services. Experience handling strategic lending partnerships and business growth & responsibilities .
