Recruitment & Training: Attract and onboard talented agents, provide comprehensive training, and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed in selling insurance.Sales Management: Establish clear sales targets, monitor agent performance, and provide the necessary support and guidance to help agents meet or exceed their goals.Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid, productive relationships with agents, offering support and motivation to foster long-term success.Market & Competitor Insights: Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that agents adhere to all regulatory standards and company policies. Provide regular reports on agent performance and sales progress to senior management.
