Job Description:
Working Pattern - Alternate Saturdays
Experience: 8 to 10 years in Cable assembly and wire harness, preferably from Aerospace & Defence industry
Education: BE - Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
Candidates working in an international company would be having an added advantage.
Manage Cable assembly and wire harness manufacturing process.
Active participation in new product development (NPD)
Should have good technical knowledge.
Should have strong understanding of drawings and components used in wire harness.
Should have good process knowledge of cable assembly and wire harness.
Develop Process plan, design, layout, and equipment requirements.
Manage engineering change notification/ request (ECN/ ECR)
Create, validate and approve WI, PFMEA, control plan.
Should have knowledge to make engineering decisions on wire harness. Participating design/progress review meeting with client.
Creative and passionate about creating solutions to customer problems.
Ensure the checking, validation, booking of customer orders respecting the customer specification.
Be responsible of the contract review.
Clarity on Electrical concepts
Participate in AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 audits.
Good teamwork. Must have good organizational skills
Great attention to details, autonomous, etc.
Good communication skills.
Result & deadline oriented; Self driven
Problem solving skills
Flexibility towards meeting Organizational needs .
