Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients regarding company services and investment products.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales and advisory team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.
Explain company offerings including trading accounts, investment opportunities, and financial products.
Maintain client databases and update call records in CRM/software systems.
Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication. .
