Handling of inbound calls received from customers enquiring on their account, product or process related information.
Service customers on their Banking related enquiries.
Customer Handling & Productivity
Attend and respond to customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner
Ensure high productivity by managing multiple chats simultaneously
Maintain defined Average Handling Time (AHT) standards
Achieve First Contact Resolution (FCR) for customer concerns
Ensure all service requests are completed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT)

Qualification : Graduation + 6Months Experience

Location : Andheri / Thane / Airoli

Salary : Upto 6 Lakhs
