Roles and Responsibilities :
Conduct legal research and document reviews to support litigation, transactions, and other business activities.
Collaborate with attorneys to identify key issues, develop strategies, and prepare documents for court proceedings or negotiations.
Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Provide expertise on LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing) processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Requirements :
1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of data review, document review, legal documentation, legal process outsourcing (LPO), research analysis skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong attention to detail with excellent analytical abilities. .
