Role & responsibilities
Drive deal pricing, including being a one-touch resource for field sales; responsible for liaising with all organizations involved in the agreement process (finance, legal, order management, etc.) on behalf of sales.
Serve as a trusted advisor to field sales on pricing and product configuration, and business teams; serve as an escalation point to business partners and ensure compliance with business approval policies.
Engage directly with Sales/Deal Desk/Xfn Teams as necessary through both written and verbal communications, helping to resolve pricing/OTC issues directly
Support team manager to identify and implement workflow gaps and areas for process improvement opportunities
Maintain knowledge management material, training content and change management for their Support domain.
Preferred candidate profile
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS or any bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Pricing, Finance, Deal Desk or sales operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience. (Non-negotiable)
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments.
Collaboration skills - Ability to inspire and influence decision making in a cross-functional capacity.
Commitment - Ability to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Analytical & Problem-solving mindset. Self-starter who has experience working in highly cross functional teams
Experience working with and/or supporting B2B enterprise sales organization. .
