DcorAsia, a design-led artistic lighting brand, is looking for a dynamic Sales cum Operations Manager to drive business growth while ensuring seamless order execution. If you love the intersection of art, craft, and commerce this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to drive B2B sales with architects, interior designers, developers & hospitality clients
- Manage the team for end-to-end order execution from PO to dispatch & installation
- Coordinate with production, procurement, QC & logistics for on-time delivery
- Lead the team to handle key accounts, negotiations, quotations & after-sales support
- Represent Dcorasia at design expos, trade fairs & other business growth possibilities.
What Were Looking For
- 58 years of experience in Sales &/or Operations, preferably in artistic / decorative lighting / Furniture industry
- Dual exposure to Sales + Operations will be highly preferred
- Strong B2B negotiation, ERP/CRM proficiency & design sensitivity
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach
