Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Analyze data to measure performance metrics and make recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Total Quality Management (TQM) principles by implementing quality control processes.
Job Requirements :
10-20 years of experience in manufacturing industry with expertise in operational excellence, process improvement, or related field.
Strong understanding of Six Sigma methodologies and tools such as DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control).
Experience with total productive maintenance (TPM), lean manufacturing principles, and cost optimization techniques.
Proven track record of achieving significant improvements through root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives. .
