01Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage procurement, inventory, supply chain, and processes. Lead, train, and supervise teams to meet performance goals. Monitor and analyze KPIs, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies. Collaborate with other departments to align operations with business objectives. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address escalated issues. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in operations or a similar role. Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial management and process optimization. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
