01Overview
Supervise and manage manpower deployment across assigned sites (security guards, facility staff, etc.)
- Ensure attendance, discipline, and punctuality of staff at all sites
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure service quality
- Act as the point of contact for client coordination and problem resolution
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting for manpower, attendance, and incidents
- Proper recruitment and training of on-ground personnel as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manpower supervision (preferably in security/facility services)
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and client-handling experience
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
