Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily
operational activities. The role involves close coordination with technicians, transporters, plant
teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of both field and system-based
operations.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Coordinate with technicians for installations, maintenance, and issue resolution.
Monitor vehicle GPS status (online/offline) and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain and update operational data in Excel and internal panels.
Share daily operational reports with management and cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with plant teams to ensure smooth vehicle entry and loading compliance.
Track pending cases and ensure timely closure.
Professionally handle transporter queries and operational concerns.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to operational processes.
Support inventory tracking of GPS devices and related accessories.
Escalate critical operational issues to the reporting manager when required.
Qualification & Skillset:
Graduate (any stream).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Filters, Data Entry).
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Ability to coordinate effectively with field teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving attitude.
Willingness to travel (if required).
Basic understanding of operations and coordination processes.
