Manage end-to-end insurance operations & teams. Oversee Claims, Policy Servicing, Renewals, Customer Service & Underwriting Support. Monitor KPIs, TAT, productivity, quality and MIS. Ensure IRDAI compliance and operational controls. Required Candidate profile 815 years of Exp. in Insurance Operations, preferably General/Health Insurance. Good knowledge of IRDAI compliance, Claims, Policy Servicing and Customer Service. .
