Operational Excellence Specialist, People Ops

Deel is looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist, People Ops to design, improve, and document People Operations processes, ensuring efficient, consistent, and clear operations. As a system thinker, process optimizer, and knowledge advocate, you'll map end-to-end processes, uncover inefficiencies, and implement automations to drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work.
