Operations Coordinator (Australian Shift)

Assign daily work to electricians and grass maintenance staff Allocate and coordinate jobs through the company system Monitor work volume and assign additional jobs as required Maintain clear communication with field staff and other departments Coordinate with the real estate team to obtain property keys before work begins Ensure smooth communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams Prepare marketing materials and documents when required Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally Prepare and deliver presentations when needed Focus on providing information and support to customers no aggressive sales required
