Assetify, the digital lending platform of ECW Consultants Pvt. Ltd. , is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Executive to join our growing team in Ernakulam, Kerala.
Candidates must have relevant experience in lending, NBFCs, banking, or financial services. General operations experience without financial/lending domain exposure will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Process loan applications and maintain documentation.Coordinate with customers for onboarding and loan disbursement.Support compliance, MIS, and day-to-day operational activities.Ensure timely processing and high levels of customer satisfaction.Preferred Profile
Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.13 years of experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services is required.Good computer knowledge and communication skills.Why Join Assetify
