01Key Responsibilities
Process, update, and maintain client data, records, and documentation with a high level of accuracy.Handle data entry, verification, reconciliation, and record-keeping activities.Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to fulfill operational requirements.Ensure timely execution and processing of business transactions and operational requests.Monitor pending activities and proactively follow up to ensure timely closure.Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team when necessary.Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, and administrative documentation.Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to workflow optimization efforts.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Provide administrative and operational support to management as required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in backend operations, administration, or a similar role.Freshers with strong analytical and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and data management tools.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Good written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in financial services, mutual fund operations, insurance operations, or customer service operations.Knowledge of operational workflows, documentation processes, and transaction management.Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools is an added advantage. .
