Role: Operations Executive

Working days & hours:
Monday to Friday: 12 pm to 9:30 pm and 1 pm to 10:30 pm GST. (Dubai time)
Saturday: Will be 2 pm to 6:30 pm or 6 pm to 10:30 pm GST. (Dubai time)
Sunday: Fixed off in the first 6 months. And once probation is completed, Friday off and Sunday working.
Key Responsibilities
- Approve insurance policies in accordance with established guidelines and company procedures. Verify customer documents and ensure accurate policy issuance.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance during policy processing.
- Navigate and work efficiently across multiple systems and portals.
- Perform any additional projects, assignments, or tasks delegated by the Manager.
- Demonstrate flexibility in work schedules based on operational requirements and business urgency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of insurance processes and compliance/verification procedures is mandatory. Strong system navigation and multitasking abilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Professional email etiquette and solid written English communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a process-driven environment. .
