01Overview
Role: Operations Executive Production Approval Remote Working days & hours: Monday to Friday: 12 pm to 9:30 pm and 1 pm to 10:30 pm GST. (Dubai time) Saturday: Will be 2 pm to 6:30 pm or 6 pm to 10:30 pm GST. (Dubai time) Sunday: Fixed off in the first 6 months. And once probation is completed, Friday off and Sunday working.
Key Responsibilities - Approve insurance policies in accordance with established guidelines and company procedures. Verify customer documents and ensure accurate policy issuance.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance during policy processing.Navigate and work efficiently across multiple systems and portals.Perform any additional projects, assignments, or tasks delegated by the Manager.Demonstrate flexibility in work schedules based on operational requirements and business urgency.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Basic knowledge of insurance processes and compliance/verification procedures is mandatory. Strong system navigation and multitasking abilities.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Professional email etiquette and strong written English communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work in a process-driven environment. .
