This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hub operations, last-mile delivery, warehouse management, shipment coordination, and logistics operations . The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics activities, timely shipment movement, and efficient coordination with delivery and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Manage daily hub and last-mile operational activities. Coordinate with delivery executives and operations teams. Monitor shipment movement, dispatch, and delivery processes. Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders. Track operational KPIs and maintain service quality. Resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently. Maintain accurate operational records and MIS reports. Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Support continuous improvement in logistics performance. Eligibility Graduate preferred. 13 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Last-Mile Operations. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good understanding of day-to-day logistics operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Immediate Joiners Preferred.
