Role Description This is a full time, on-site Operations Executive role based in West Delhi. The Operations Executive will manage and streamline daily lending operations, including application processing, documentation checks, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include monitoring loan files, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, and updating systems and trackers accurately. The role involves resolving operational issues, supporting customer-facing teams with timely information, and helping improve workflows and standard operating procedures. The Operations Executive will also contribute to reporting, basic data analysis, and continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle day-to-day loan processing, coordination, and workflow optimization.
Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and customers in a professional manner.
Solid Analytical Skills to review documents, interpret data, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making.
Familiarity with financial products such as home loans, business loans, and personal loans is an advantage .
