01Key Responsibilities
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance and timely resolution of issues.
Maintain proper documentation of issues and actions taken.
Provide technical support to other engineers as needed.
Communicate effectively in English with our US clients.
Submit daily activity reports to the Project Director.
Undergo training to effectively support US-based clients.
Key Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
Problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of software solutions will be an added advantage.
Education: Freshers in Bachelors degree in Electrical or electronics stream with demonstrated computer proficiency and good communication skill in English. With excellent communication skill willing to do night shift can apply.
