Job Summary
Travel Oytser Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day travel operations, hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and itinerary planning. The ideal candidate should have good communication and coordination skills and an interest in the travel and tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle day-to-day travel and tour operations.
* Manage hotel bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and coordinate travel itineraries based on client requirements.
* Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, vendors, and other service partners.
* Manage booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and follow-ups.
* Ensure all travel arrangements are executed smoothly and on time.
* Resolve operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and operational details.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
Requirements
* 04 years of experience in Travel Operations, Tour Operations, Hospitality, or a related field.
* Freshers with relevant knowledge or internship experience may also apply.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Basic knowledge of hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and itinerary planning.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
