We are looking for a dedicated and highly responsive On-Call Operations Executive to manage real-time transportation operations. The role involves coordinating bookings, dispatching vehicles, arranging replacements, handling driver and client communication, and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery. The ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational requirements at any time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage on-call cab bookings and dispatch vehicles promptly.
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and clients for smooth trip execution.
Arrange replacement vehicles in case of breakdowns, cancellations, or emergencies.
Monitor ongoing trips and resolve operational issues in real time.
Ensure timely reporting and maintain operational records.
Handle escalations professionally and provide prompt resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client requirements.
Work Conditions
This is a 247 operations role.
Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, night shifts, weekends, public holidays, and odd hours based on operational requirements.
The role requires availability for urgent operational support and emergency situations whenever required.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Compensation: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
