Position: Operations Manager AML/KYC International Process

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage AML/KYC operations for international banking and financial services clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing stakeholder relationships, and leading high-performing teams within a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Manage end-to-end AML/KYC operations, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Periodic Reviews, Remediation, and Screening processes.
- Ensure compliance with global AML regulations, KYC requirements, and internal policies.
- Monitor productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and operational performance metrics.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and Analysts.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and succession planning activities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, Sanctions Screening, and Anti-Financial Crime regulations.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory reviews.
- Escalate high-risk cases and compliance concerns appropriately.
- Maintain strong controls to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and senior management.
- Present operational performance, MIS reports, and business insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with compliance, quality, training, and technology teams to achieve busine .
