About the role We are looking for an Operations Manager to run our crushing and sizing unit. Our products are defined by particle size distribution, not tonnage alone. That makes this unit central to what we sell. You will own day to day plant operations, production planning, process control and output quality, working to defined size specifications across every batch we dispatch. Location: Berathal Kalan, Dist. Nagaur, Rajasthan | Full time, on site What you will be responsible for Managing daily operations of the crushing and sizing plant, including shift planning and manpower deploymentPlanning production against dispatch requirements and maintaining output targetsControlling process parameters to hold products within defined particle size specificationsOverseeing operation and performance of crushers, screens, conveyors and material handling systemsMonitoring plant efficiency, throughput, downtime and yield, and acting on deviationsCoordinating with quality, maintenance, mining and dispatch teams to keep production flowingPlanning preventive maintenance schedules with the maintenance team and minimising unplanned stoppagesManaging operating cost, power consumption and consumable usage against budgetEnforcing safety standards across all plant activity, in line with our ISO 45001 systemsLeading, training and developing the shift and operations teamMaintaining production records, process documentation and reporting What we are looking for B.Tech, B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering5 to 8 years of plant operations experienceHands-on experience in limestone crushing and sizing operationsStrong working knowledge of crushers, screens, conveyors and material handling systemsProven ability in production planning and process controlExperience managing shift teams and coordinating across plant functionsA clear focus on production, quality, cost and plant efficiency Preferred Experience in minerals processing, lime or cementExposure to particle size control and classification systemsFamiliarity with plant automation or PLC based control systemsComfort working at a plant location in Nagaur district, Rajasthan How to apply Apply through LinkedIn, or submit your details directly here: https://drlime.in/careers .
