Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team and ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with SC, program, and product stakeholders
- Set up processes and SOPs to meet critical operations performance requirements
- Deep dive into forecasting methods and work on developing strong ML models
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- 3 years of employee and performance management experience is preferred
