01Overview
Undertakes Scrutiny of KYC documents from KYC/AML/CFT perspective and ensure that the transactions undertaken from the Branch are well supported by documents as prescribed by regulatory guidelines. Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic operational plans aligned with the organization's goals. Engaging with concurrent, statutory other external auditors and work towards resolution on queries related to the matters of IBU. Extend support in drafting/review of IBU specific policies. Ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations, maximizing productivity, and optimizing workflows. Working on various project implementations as per the regulatory prescriptions and bank induced system technological developments. Review of new and existing IBU product notes, frameworks, annual review of internal policies in consultation with internal stakeholders. Supporting business development and achieving the targets fixed for the Branch.
Maintain manual MIS and record of Re-KYC Updation and number of accounts opened which helps in future analysis.
Support Operations/product team in implementing product process guidelines (UAT testing of system/Re-KYC process guidelines/client engagement for queries/complaint resolutions among others). Closely work with product teams/clients on technology/interest rate benchmark migrations/system optimization as may be required. Attending and responding to yearly external audits/monthly concurrent audits and internal audit functions for early closure of open audit points. Ensure to conduct the operations as per laid down processes of the Branch. Imparting knowledge on IBU KYC policies and features and propositions to build awareness on IBU product. Ably build a team who can serve as a fully fungible back up to other desks. Ensure productivity and balancing of extra workload effectively during volume spikes without impacting customer service. Helping customers with information about the different services and products of bank offers to help them to make important financial decisions. Support Operations/product team in implementing new product processes and review of process notes and attending compliance/ KYC related meetings. Ensure that the product process notes for IBU are timely reviewed .
