P&C Insurance experience mandatory Overall Experience: 1015 Years
5+ years Managerial experience on paper is required
Max CTC: Upto 14 LPA (based on last CTC + applicable hike)
Key Requirements
Proven experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
Experience in Underwriting and/or Claims is preferred
Minimum 5+ years of team-handling experience must be reflected in official employment records, 2+ Managerial experience as well.
Strong people management, leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to understand complex documents and reports
Experience supporting onshore teams and handling queries
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify/report irregularities
Insurance certification such as INS/LM is an added advantage
UAN verification will be conducted. All employment/experience documents are mandatory.
Education documents such as provisional certificate and marksheets are also mandatory. .
