01Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure seamless workflow.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for operational team members.
Serve as a liaison between local teams and global leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture in a remote setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Masters preferred).
Proven experience in managing remote operations and cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana).
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or business management roles.
At least 2 years of experience managing remote teams or distributed operations.
Demonstrated success in leading projects, process optimization, and driving operational KPIs.
Working Hours:Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Flexible working hours with availability for scheduled meetings in GMT+2 time zone.
Must be available during core business hours and for occasional extended hours based on business needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong understanding of business functions including HR, finance, and IT operations.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
Knowledge of operational best practices in a tech or SaaS environment.
High attention to detail and quality orientation.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams.
