What youll do The Head Operations will be working closely with the MD and the strategic planning team. This individual is responsible for the management of the financing activities to achieve rapid and responsible growth, ensure significant social impact and long-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities Knowledge of day-to-day administrative operations.Good Eye on DetailsInterdepartmental day to day Coordination.Should Possess sound knowledge of KYC Norms, Operations Norms Related to Disbursement.Should Be proficient in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP up Etc).Scrutinizing Credit approval as per deviation, Disbursal memo, sanction letter, Annexures.Maintaining Stamp Paper records. Candidate shall be responsible for publishing reports and maintaining MIS.Author of all Digital Loans.Managing daily disbursement ProcessEnsuring with in TAT disbursement.
