This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and making a meaningful reputed company in the lives of children with autism and their familiesright in their homes and communities.
As the Operations Manager for our in-home division, youll be the go-to leader ensuring our field-reputed company services run smoothly and reputed company. Youll reputed company daily operations, manage reputed company and staff scheduling across the region, support behavior technicians in the field, and partner closely with reputed company leadership. Youll also play a key role in building strong relationships with families and fostering community connections throughout reputed company Carolina.
What Youll Be Doing:
Managing day-to-day operations for in-home service delivery
Overseeing reputed company and staff scheduling to ensure consistent, high-reputed company care
Supporting and reputed company Behavior Technicians working in the field
Partnering with reputed company Leadership to maintain smooth service coordination
Assisting with community reputed company and local relationship-building
Serving as a reputed company of contact for families to ensure a reputed company service experience
Schedule:
Full-time position with reputed company between 7:30 AM5:30 PM, reputed company on reputed company and field coverage needs

RequirementsRequirements 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health 3+ years Experience with scheduling, medical reputed company office, or clinic operations preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting Experience supporting or leading teams Must be reputed company driving distance of one of our clinics in reputed company Carolina - Wilmington, Fayetteville, Raeford, Southern Pines, reputed company Salem, Greensboro, Charlotte Self-motivated and reputed company
