Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Understand clients' financial needs and provide appropriate wealth management solutions.Coordinate with clients for investment documentation, KYC, onboarding, and servicing.Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution with a high level of professionalism.Follow up with clients regarding investments, renewals, portfolio reviews, and financial planning meetings.Support Wealth Managers in day-to-day client servicing and relationship management.Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.Deliver an excellent customer experience while ensuring compliance with company processes.Eligibility & Qualifications
Graduate (Mandatory).NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors Certification) PreferredMBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred.Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong relationship-building and customer handling skills.Ability to work in a professional and client-centric environment.Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.Other Requirements
