Were looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to join our growing Kochi Innovation Center.
What we're looking for:
Experience in Operations / Business Operations / MIS / Process ManagementStrong Excel / Google Sheets skillsHands-on experience with MIS reports, KPIs, dashboards & data analysisStrong attention to detail, ownership and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and cross-functional coordinationExperience working with US/global teams is a plusExposure to AI tools, automation or Power BI is an advantage
What you'll do:
Monitor operations, track KPIs, maintain accurate data, prepare management reports, identify process gaps, coordinate across teams, and drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
