Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Experience of 5-8 years in Automation Testing required
- Programming - Strong hands-on experience in Java/Python, concepts such as OOPs, reusable utilities, exception handling, debugging, and clean code practices.
- UI Automation - Playwright experience with secure locators, waits, Page Object Model, dynamic elements, tables, frames, popups, and end-to-end flow automation.
- Bulk File Validation - CSV, Excel, JSON, XML, PDF, or fixed-width file validation, including record counts, headers, field-level checks, source-target comparison, and mismatch reporting.
- Domain and Data - Banking/financial domain, database validation, Kafka/event-based testing, or large data reconciliation.
- Good knowledge and experience of writing complex SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Card Payments / Monetique will be an added advantage.
- Experienced user of ALM/QC, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
- Proficient in analytical skills (required)
- Excellent oral and writing communication skills (required)
