01Overview
- Must Have:
- Experience with requirement gathering, analysis
- Write use cases, user stories and baseline documents such as BRD, functional specifications
- Expert with customer interaction, well versed with demos/show and tell sessions
- Test scripts review, test scenario identification. Involvement in UAT
- Experience with end to end processes and process modelling, improvement, design user experience
- Knowledge of CRM processes
- Salesforce Admin knowledge, should know configure or customize
- Knowledge of Salesforce offerings Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities
Nice to have:
- Full Salesforce lifecycle implementation (2-3)
- Lightning, Field Service, Visualforce, Apex experience is a plus
- Data Management exposure
- Implementation experience using agile methodology .
