Regional Legal Oversight and Compliance
Provide legal counsel and guidance on affordable home loan origination, servicing, and foreclosure within the assigned region.
Support for Branch Operations
Provide legal support and guidance to branch teams on loan processing, documentation, and compliance issues.
Regional Policy and Product Development
Stake Holder Engagement and Advocacy.
Conduct training programs on legal aspects of affordable housing loans for branch staff.
Preferred candidate profile:
Candidate must be LLB
He must have exposure on Housing Finance/Affordable Housing Finance exposure.
10-15 years of experience in Home Loans
Willing to Travel across region .
