Ensure the set up of remittance processes with adequate controls Define processes and systems to support Persistency function. Continuous monitoring of remittance processes with the view to improve TATs and lower cost Identify and install service providers for specific tasks wherever applicable Plan resources for the business and ensure that the process laid out is aligned to the compliance framework

Knowledge and skills required : Excellent knowledge of the Indian financial services industry, with a good understanding of financial products and regulatory workplace of the life insurance industry Knowledge and experience of managing business processes gained within a financial services organisation Strong knowledge of retention strategies, tolls and techniques Skills in planning and delivering initiatives to improve performance and achieving business results in a competitive environment; with understanding of IT and its role Strong target orientation Strong leadership, team building influencing and communicating skills .
