OPT Recruiter (US IT Staffing)
Location: Vijayawada or Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience: 23 Years Experienced
Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
What You'll Do:
Source and recruit OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC candidates for US IT requirements.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job portals and LinkedIn.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
Develop long-term relationships with consultants and vendors.
Work closely with the Bench Sales and Delivery teams.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for recruitment and willingness to learn (Freshers).
Hands-on experience in US Staffing/OPT Recruitment (24 Years).
Knowledge of visa classifications and recruitment portals is an added advantage.
Compensation: From 300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person .
