Role & responsibilities
- Customer Consultation: Greet customers, read prescriptions, and recommend correct frame styles and lens types (such as progressive, single vision, or anti-glare coatings).
- Sales and Merchandising: Promote eyewear, upsell lens enhancements, handle cash or digital billing, and keep display shelves neat and stocked
- Fitting and Adjustments: Measure frames to fit faces and perform minor repairs or adjustments on glasses.
- Order and Inventory Management: Place orders with optical labs, track incoming shipments, and manage stock levels for frames and accessories
Preferred candidate profile 12th pass is mandatory
1-2 yrs of optical industry experience is mandatory .
