Maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store to create an inviting shopping environment.
Ensure accurate inventory management, including ordering stock, managing returns & exchanges, and conducting regular audits.
Develop strong relationships with customers through personalized interactions and resolve any issues promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
6-11 years of experience in retail operations or store management in an optical industry.
Strong understanding of retail operations principles, including inventory control, cash handling procedures, and visual merchandising best practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer interaction.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously. .
