Job Summary
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and debugging tools.
- Experience with backups, restores, and recovery models.
- Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
- Experience implementing and handling encryption lifecycle.
- Server and Database Security Administration.
- Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.
- Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments from development to production systems.
- Configure SQL Server monitoring utilities to minimize false alarms.
- When performance issues arise, identify the most effective way to increase performance including hardware purchases.
- Planning for capacity and handling client interactions in preparation for upcoming migrations. Ability to build standard operating procedures for technical solutions and train operational teams.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- 8 -12 years Oracle Experience
- Willingness to work in the 24*7 shifts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or equivalent Experience Excellent communication skills and verbal skills.
