- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate reporting for finance and operating leases in Oracle Assets , ensuring compliance with ASC842 and IFRS16 . - System Implementation & Optimization: Lead the implementation of Oracle Assets Expense Lease functionality for financial and operating leases. - Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between the finance department and other business units , ensuring alignment on financial reporting. - Team Leadership: Mentor and manage financial professionals, fostering a team-oriented and growth-focused environment . Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management . Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud ERP , specifically within the Record to Report (R2R) cycle . Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Payable (integration perspective) . Deep understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements . Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills . Preferred Qualifications: Cloud certification in Finance modules . Experience working in multinational corporations or complex organizations .
