An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting HCM solutions with a primary focus on technical deliverables such as reporting, data migration, and security. We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM technical components and a good understanding of HR business processes.
Key Competencies:
1. Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports
2. Create and manage HCM Extracts for data reporting and integrations
3. Perform data loads and migrations using HCM Data Loader (HDL)
4. Configure and manage role customization and security (RBAC, data security)
5. Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance
6. Support integrations and ensure data accuracy across modules
