Oracle Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle consulting engagements including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support across assigned Oracle modules
- Conduct detailed business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution design workshops to map client requirements to Oracle functional capabilities and identify configuration or development needs
- Configure and customize Oracle ERP or Oracle Cloud modules as per project scope and client business requirements ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices and industry standards
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Oracle functional and technical documentation including solution design documents, configuration workbooks, functional specifications, and test scripts
- Act as the primary Oracle subject matter expert and point of contact for client business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead and facilitate client workshops, design review sessions, and solution presentations with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders
- Oversee Oracle testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and UAT to ensure solution quality and readiness for go-live
- Manage and resolve Oracle functional and technical issues, change requests, and client escalations during implementation and support phases in a timely and professional manner
- Plan and deliver end-user training, key user workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective Oracle adoption across client organizations
- Mentor and guide junior Oracle consultants and business analysts on Oracle module expertise, implementation methodology, and client engagement best practices
