Existing Wipro Role Lead Administrator L1
Potential Band Alignment B3 (8-12 Years)
Required skills Strong technical knowledge of Oracle concepts like RAC, Dataguard & OGG
Expertise in 12c,19c versions & OEM
Build and Deploy/Implement Solutions. Perform Capacity Planning and DR Planning.
Expertise in Troubleshooting Performance Issues and providing solutions.
Expertise in RMAN Backup/Restore/Recovery.
Expertise in Role swap & Failover planning and implementation.
Strong technical knowledge of database space management
Implementing releases / service requests
Expertise in GoldenGate
Expertise in Database upgrades and migrations
Principal responsibilities
The job holder is responsible for technical delivery of 24x7 production support to Oracle databases and work as a Subject Matter Expert for the production support team.
Perform Root Cause Analysis and provide permanent fixes.
Investigate and provide solutions to database performance related issues.
Lead Database team in crisis calls, participate in MIR and PIR calls, also mentor team members.
Experience and expertise in maintaining complex High Availability & Replication setups.
Provide consultancy for complex setups and Disaster Recovery
Identify automation and Self-Healing opportunities and develop automation to reduce manual efforts and standardize processes.
Mandatory Skills: Oracle Database Admin .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
